Jaeger-LeCoultre seeks a Quality Engineering Intern in Le Sentier, Switzerland to support global market quality initiatives and customer feedback analysis for six months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative market feedback and customer complaints from international boutiques and country subsidiaries, identifying quality trends and recurring issues
- Prepare regular synthesis reports and dashboards presenting quality data and customer insights to department leadership
- Serve as primary communication liaison with international subsidiaries to disseminate quality initiatives, training programs, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams (Manufacturing Quality, Reliability, Customer Service) to optimize customer feedback processing and quality feedback management
- Formalize quality information reporting processes and develop preventive and corrective action plans, tracking their implementation in the field
- Conduct strategic competitive intelligence on quality and customer experience best practices within the luxury sector and comparable industries
- Structure collected data and prepare preliminary studies and decision-support materials to define the department's medium and long-term strategic roadmap
Qualifications
- Master's student in Quality, Project Management, International Business, Marketing, or Engineering school
- Excellent proficiency with Excel (complex data manipulation and consolidation) and PowerPoint (creating impactful decision-support deliverables)
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Fluent English (written and oral) for daily interaction with international subsidiaries and boutiques
- Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong customer-orientation
Skills
Experience
Currently enrolled in or completing a Master's degree program; internship or project experience in quality assurance, market analysis, or customer feedback systems is advantageous. Familiarity with luxury sector operations is a genuine asset.
