Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day press relations: draft and distribute press releases, press notes and media alerts in coordination with the PR manager.
  • Maintain and update media lists, press kits and distribution databases; handle press inquiries and manage journalist requests.
  • Coordinate logistics for media events, product previews, press days and visits, including venue booking, materials and guest lists.
  • Monitor press coverage and produce media monitoring reports and coverage summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the organisation and follow‑up of press trips, editorial visits and influencer engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with broader communications campaigns.
  • Support preparation of press materials, visuals and product information for editorial use.
  • Contribute to ad hoc administrative tasks for the PR department, including expense reporting and invoice follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study track).
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills with an eye for editorial quality and attention to detail.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Interest in luxury goods and horology, with sensitivity to brand positioning and storytelling.
  • Comfortable liaising with journalists, agencies and internal stakeholders; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Right to work in France for the duration of the work‑study contract.
