Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day press relations: draft and distribute press releases, press notes and media alerts in coordination with the PR manager.
- Maintain and update media lists, press kits and distribution databases; handle press inquiries and manage journalist requests.
- Coordinate logistics for media events, product previews, press days and visits, including venue booking, materials and guest lists.
- Monitor press coverage and produce media monitoring reports and coverage summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the organisation and follow‑up of press trips, editorial visits and influencer engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with broader communications campaigns.
- Support preparation of press materials, visuals and product information for editorial use.
- Contribute to ad hoc administrative tasks for the PR department, including expense reporting and invoice follow‑up.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study track).
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with an eye for editorial quality and attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Interest in luxury goods and horology, with sensitivity to brand positioning and storytelling.
- Comfortable liaising with journalists, agencies and internal stakeholders; strong interpersonal skills.
- Right to work in France for the duration of the work‑study contract.

Previous internship or short work experience in PR, communications or media is desirable but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate familiarity with editorial processes and media environments.
Education
Enrolment in a recognized Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, PR, Journalism or a related field (alternance/work‑study requirement).
