Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure seamless customer journeys and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation, and coordinate transfers with regional distribution and after‑sales workshop.
- Supervise and coach boutique staff; support recruitment, scheduling and performance management to meet sales and service KPIs.
- Drive loss‑prevention, cash handling and point‑of‑sale procedures with rigorous compliance to internal controls.
- Produce operational reports and performance analyses for the Store Manager and regional leadership.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and clienteling teams to execute in‑store merchandising, events and client appointments.
- Liaise with regional operations, after‑sales service and supply‑chain teams to resolve escalations and optimise workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury watches, jewelry or high‑end fashion.
- Proven supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead small teams and develop talent.
- Strong competency in inventory management, cash control and retail KPIs.
- Excellent organisational and analytical aptitude with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Authorization to work in the United States (if applicable).
