Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, setup and execution of paid digital campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels under the guidance of the media team.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and KPI trends (e.g. impressions, CPC, CPA, ROAS), flagging anomalies and optimisation opportunities.
  • Prepare concise performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Assist with campaign trafficking, tagging and UTM management to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.
  • Contribute to A/B test design, audience segmentation and creative performance analysis.
  • Support budget tracking, campaign pacing and post‑campaign reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with creative, e‑commerce and CRM teams to align media activity with product launches and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s programme in marketing, communications, business, data analytics or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working with quantitative data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Interest in luxury goods, brand positioning and high‑end retail dynamics.
