Jaeger-LeCoultre seeks a Marketing Manager to lead wholesale co-op and media marketing, partner initiatives, events, budget tracking, and reporting across North America and Latin America. The role requires 5 years of related luxury or specialty retail experience and offers full-time employment with an expected salary range of $100,000–$120,000.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and implement impactful 360° co-op plans and marketing initiatives with partners across media, CRM, digital, e-commerce, events, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead annual planning, execution, and monitoring of co-op plans with external boutiques, Partners of Choice, and wholesalers in collaboration with Commercial teams.
  • Develop trade marketing plans for each partner, including event calendars, and manage local initiatives that support partners.
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, and budgets from the initial pitch through post-event activities.
  • Distribute brand content, guidelines, and toolkits to partners in support of product launches and media campaigns in accordance with the marketing plan.
  • Track co-op budgets and payments with partners and Finance, and maintain Bumblebee records for all co-op campaigns and partners.
  • Oversee the local production agency’s development of creative assets in line with brand guidelines and validate partner assets.
  • Manage updates to websites and virtual showcases.
  • Provide reports and regional best practices as needed and upon HQ request.
  • Work with HQ media teams to define the national media plan across OOH, print, digital, and social, support implementation across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America, and serve as the local contact for media-related topics.
  • Manage the local partnership budget and strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications AVP.
  • Develop relationships with key publishers and media outlets, and partner with PR to maximize brand visibility and desirability.
  • Track national media activity and payments.
  • Manage A&P media budgets in accordance with Richemont processes and guidelines, including POs, accruals, invoices, and landing.
  • Consolidate reports after events or campaigns as needed and prepare ad hoc presentations at the request of HQ or Management.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of related experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commercial, marketing, digital, or a similar field.
  • French and/or Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work outside regular business hours during events.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per annum.
