Jaeger-LeCoultre seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager in Madrid to lead integrated marketing strategy and drive brand visibility across the Iberia market.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, propose, and activate comprehensive marketing plans aligned with headquarters and regional strategies, identifying key success leverages and optimizing resource allocation to amplify local market impact in collaboration with the Head of Marketing Europe
  • Deliver excellence in the execution and implementation of all marketing initiatives to support commercial objectives, managing joint marketing plans with partner retailers and distributors
  • Define, develop, and execute 360-degree social, digital, media, KOL, and PR strategies with emphasis on local CRM strategy development and achievement of strategic targets including awareness, desirability, conversion, and ROI
  • Plan and execute regional events including product launches, boutique openings, tactical events, and exhibition participation in close collaboration with headquarters
  • Manage media relations and PR activities in cooperation with the headquarters PR team and local PR agencies, including evaluation monitoring, competitive analysis, and best practices benchmarking
  • Oversee local co-op media strategy in collaboration with the headquarters Media team, monitoring results and identifying impactful opportunities for local implementation
  • Lead and manage all trade marketing activities, proposing strategies to support sales objectives and enhance brand presence across all points of sale
  • Oversee planning, development, and execution of visual merchandising guidelines and displays to ensure consistent brand representation across retail and wholesale channels
  • Manage advertising and promotional budgets, supplier relationships, and financial tracking to ensure efficient resource utilization and compliance
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead clienteling strategy implementation, including new CRM tools deployment and definition of objectives for client acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Act as cross-functional project leader to ensure smooth and holistic client journey integration across commercial and operations teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary support and resources for strategic initiatives

  • Proven project leadership from planning, implementation to successful delivery with commercial acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Strong understanding of luxury goods marketing and consumer engagement in the watchmaking sector
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and supplier relationships in a complex, multi-market environment
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM tools, customer acquisition strategies, and loyalty program development
