Role & Responsibilities

• Produce event briefs and debriefs as required.
• Contribute ideas to event creation and respond quickly under pressure to resolve issues.
• Coordinate and attend events, liaising with partners on event organisation.
• Ensure a high standard of event execution.
• Assist with recording and collating information and assets for post-event reporting and analysis.
• Assist with and coordinate regional training sessions.
• Assist with and coordinate internal events.
• Assist in coordinating upcoming visual merchandising campaigns.
• Assist with installing window designs at boutiques as required.
• Coordinate delivery of props and assets to boutiques and retailers.
• Maintain consistently high standards at all points of sale.
• Assist with public relations requests as needed.
• Support logistics for photo shoots, including transport and security.
• Assist with sample management, led by Sales Operations.
• Manage and organise project budgets as needed.
• Provide daily administrative support, including raising purchase orders and managing invoices.
• Assist with presentation preparation.
• Research and collate examples of competitor marketing and experiences.
• Communicate Marketing and Communications news internally to the team and partners.
