Jaeger-LeCoultre seeks Marketing Activations Project Manager in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead global campaigns and social media strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of global 360° ambassador and seasonal celebration campaigns, from strategic framing and creative briefing through campaign development, asset production and comprehensive Go-To-Market toolbox delivery
- Build strategic and creative briefs and orchestrate cross-functional teams, partnering with Product, Creative, Digital, Media, CRM, PR, Events, Client Experience, Retail, Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing to develop cohesive campaign strategies
- Drive creative development and asset production with internal teams, agencies and external partners, ensuring highest standards of brand expression while managing timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Develop dedicated marketing and communication assets for key Maison initiatives, including exhibitions, events and boutique openings, in collaboration with relevant project owners and internal teams
- Drive Go-To-Market readiness and support regional and local activation, delivering clear activation frameworks and toolboxes with strategic guidance for consistent local implementation
- Measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement by consolidating market results and feedback, identifying key learnings and translating them into actionable recommendations
- Manage the global social media editorial calendar and campaign activations, coordinating content planning and local adaptations with key markets including China, Japan and Korea
- Oversee day-to-day social media operations including content publishing through Sprinklr and community management, ensuring consistency, responsiveness and high-quality client experience across channels
- Monitor social media performance and KPIs, consolidating results and identifying actionable insights to continuously optimise content and engagement
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand communications or campaign management
- Proven experience leading the development of complex, multi-channel campaigns involving multiple stakeholders, markets and external partners
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ownership and accountability
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, creative production, content, digital and social media ecosystems
- Ability to influence, challenge and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong knowledge of global and local social media platforms; experience with Sprinklr is an asset
- Fluent in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills
