Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse and map the current programming team workflow, processes, and planning requirements in detail
  • Draft functional specifications and develop a visual workload management tool to anticipate and balance team capacity for product industrialisation projects
  • Present the new tool, conduct training sessions, and guide the programming team through adoption and change management
  • Define and implement relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimise daily workload management
  • Support active monitoring of the industrial investment project for the installation of the washing line
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts to optimise Casing department performance

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student in general engineering school, industrial engineering programme, or equivalent master's degree programme
  • Strong technical aptitude with proven interest in project management and manufacturing industry
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking with the ability to challenge existing processes and propose constructive improvements
  • Demonstrated dynamism, proactivity, and rigour in task execution
