Role & Responsibilities

• Map existing industrial CAPEX management processes and document current practices and workflows
• Identify key stakeholders across operations, finance, and support functions and define their roles within the investment cycle
• Conduct internal and sectoral benchmarking to identify industry best practices and innovation opportunities
• Design and structure a standardized specifications framework applicable across all industrial investment projects
• Develop templates, tools, and associated documentation to support consistent CAPEX decision-making
• Test and validate the CAPEX framework on active investment projects in collaboration with operational teams
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on framework design and implementation approaches
• Author a comprehensive user guide and deployment documentation for project managers

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering program specializing in micromechanics or mechanical engineering
• Demonstrated aptitude for project management and industrial performance optimization
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with capacity to synthesize complex information
• Attention to detail with well-developed analytical and problem-solving mindset

Experience

Currently enrolled as an engineering student with an interest in capital investment planning and manufacturing excellence.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, micromechanics, or related engineering discipline.
