Global Retail Performance Manager at Jaeger-LeCoultre in Meyrin, Switzerland — 8-month fixed-term role focused on boutique analytics and performance reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis by cluster, boutique, product category and client segment to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making
- Own and track core retail KPIs including traffic, conversion, and productivity, providing insights to leadership and commercial directors with focus on priority performance areas
- Provide ad hoc analysis of boutiques and productivity, maintaining accuracy of the monthly Retail Cockpit dashboard and presentation for the leadership team
- Understand and identify market-specific needs and characteristics to inform customized commercial strategies
- Facilitate monthly calls with boutique managers to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations and tailored action plans
- Optimize and adapt retail performance tools and dashboards in Excel and Looker to address market needs and enable self-service reporting for boutiques
- Coordinate between Markets and Regional Teams on annual boutique business planning to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and budgets
- Plan and execute the rollout and implementation phases of new retail tools and processes, ensuring comprehensive staff training and onboarding support
- Partner with cross-functional departments on tool adoption, organizing regular boutique visits to collect feedback and provide ongoing support for system enhancements
- Contribute to retail excellence initiatives including client experience standards and mystery shopping insights as part of the global retail community
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, business development, strategic planning or retail performance within watch & jewellery or comparable luxury sector
- Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to work transversally across departments and entities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with hands-on experience using Google solutions or comparable retail dashboard and reporting tools
- Experience working in a boutique environment or local office retail function is strongly recommended
- Exceptional analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated drive and flexibility to engage cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines
