Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative and strategic support to one or more senior executives, managing complex calendars, prioritizing engagements and anticipating needs.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, visas, itineraries and on‑site arrangements; ensure seamless executive mobility.
- Prepare, edit and distribute confidential correspondence, briefings, presentations and meeting materials; manage follow‑up and action tracking.
- Serve as primary liaison with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, legal, HR, supply chain) and external partners (clients, press, agencies) on behalf of executives.
- Manage expense reporting, budget reconciliation and vendor relationships in line with corporate policy.
- Organize executive events, hospitality and VIP experiences, ensuring brand standards and attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professional judgement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience, preferably supporting C‑level leaders in luxury, fashion, watchmaking or corporate environments.
- Proven track record of handling confidential matters and complex stakeholder relationships with diplomacy and discretion.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; polished professional presence appropriate for high‑level client and partner interactions.
- Proficiency in calendar and travel management, expense processes and document preparation; familiarity with luxury client protocols.

Experience
At least five years of progressive executive support experience, ideally within the luxury, fashion or watchmaking sectors, supporting senior executives and interfacing regularly with global teams and external VIPs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in business administration, hospitality or a related discipline.
