Jaeger‑LeCoultre in Meyrin seeks an Events Intern to support brand activations, client events and on-site operations for the manufacture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, logistics and execution of brand events, product launches and client activations across the Geneva region and internationally.
- Coordinate suppliers and vendors (catering, AV, furniture, transport), ensuring delivery to brand standards and contractual compliance.
- Manage guest lists, invitations and RSVPs, liaise with clienteling and retail teams to curate attendee experience.
- Provide on-site event support including set-up, front-of-house operations, client hospitality and post-event breakdown.
- Assist with event budgets, purchase orders and expense reconciliation, and prepare post-event reports and attendee metrics.
- Collaborate with PR, digital and retail teams to produce event communications, social content and logistical briefs.
- Maintain event assets and samples, ensuring proper handling, tracking and return procedures in accordance with maison policies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in events management, marketing, communications, hospitality or related discipline.
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a high‑standards environment.
- Strong interpersonal and client-service orientation; comfortable representing a luxury brand in face-to-face settings.
- Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or social publishing tools is an advantage.

Experience
Internship-level role. Candidates should have academic exposure to event planning or marketing and ideally 0–12 months of practical experience through prior internships, student events, or hospitality roles.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree in events management, marketing, communications, hospitality or a related field.
