Role & Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive and realistic numerical simulation models representing the behaviour of complex mechanical watchmaking systems
- Conduct rigorous analysis of simulation results and systematically compare them to physical measurements obtained from the in-house testing laboratory
- Perform technological surveillance and comparative benchmarking of market simulation software tools and methodologies to identify optimal solutions
- Continuously refine, calibrate, and optimize numerical simulation models to increase precision and predictive power
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program or final year of engineering school (mechanical engineering, microtechnics, or applied physics) or at doctoral level
- Demonstrated proficiency in 3D design software (preferably Creo) and numerical simulation software (preferably ANSYS)
- Strong analytical and synthetic thinking skills with intellectual autonomy and natural passion for high-precision technical innovation
- Fluent in French

Final-year engineering student, Master's candidate, or doctoral student with academic background in mechanical engineering, microtechnics, or applied physics.
Education
Master's degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnics, applied physics, or related discipline (or currently enrolled in such a programme); alternatively, doctoral candidate in a relevant field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Le Sentier, Vaud, Switzerland, with easy access to Geneva.
