Jaeger-LeCoultre is seeking an E-Business Intern for a six-month internship starting in November in Meyrin, Switzerland. The intern will support e-business reporting and analytics, local market operations, omnichannel projects, and change management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the weekly e-business report, propose improvements, and liaise with the Group to implement necessary changes.
  • Lead the monthly e-business digital cockpit, explaining KPI movements and presenting key takeaways.
  • Develop a monthly digital cockpit report on customers’ exposure to pre- and post-purchase services (chat, customer care, etc.), events, masterclasses, exhibitions, and reasons to shop throughout the online journey, in partnership with the Webmaster.
  • Manage incidents and requests from markets, optimize processes to reduce volumes in collaboration with the E-business Manager and Ecommerce Product Manager, benchmark online experiences across competitors and comparable industries, and analyze the flagship site’s user flow to recommend data-backed improvements.
  • Report on how visitors interact with the CRC online and analyze the impact of traffic on calls, emails, and chat.
  • Benchmark competitors and other industries for customer experience and conversion enablers, including boxing and gifting, enhanced PDPs, and CLPs.
  • Provide comprehensive e-business support and guidance to local markets, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain local reporting and dashboarding tools tailored to market needs, providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and research to inform omnichannel ambitions, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic approaches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure successful execution of e-business projects.
  • Provide first-level technical assistance and support for local e-business operations.
  • Foster an agile, positive, client-focused, and solution-oriented mindset across internal and external stakeholders, encouraging collaboration through initiatives such as 360 meetings.
  • Embody and promote the omnichannel vision while protecting the ECOM business.
  • Keep the data science folder on the common drive structured and up to date.

Qualifications

  • Seeking an internship as part of a Master’s degree.
  • Experience in analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker, SAP BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good understanding of project management, including timelines.
  • Eagerness to foster a positive, solution-oriented mindset in service of clients.
  • Curiosity, an enterprising spirit, meticulousness, willingness to challenge the status quo, an autonomous mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in French and English.
