Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations, including product onboarding, pricing updates and inventory checks on the online platform.
- Maintain and enrich product content: write and edit product descriptions, manage imagery, specifications and localizations in the CMS.
- Assist with digital merchandising and campaign execution, coordinating assets and timelines with marketing and retail teams.
- Monitor website performance and campaign KPIs; prepare regular dashboards and concise analysis to inform optimizations.
- Perform quality assurance and functional checks across site pages, checkout flows and localized storefronts.
- Contribute to ad hoc digital projects such as A/B tests, landing page builds and email marketing support.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support to the e‑business team to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Digital Communications or a related discipline.
- Strong written communication and copy‑editing skills with high attention to detail.
- Analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret basic web and campaign metrics.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury goods, fashion or watches; a professional demeanour appropriate for a maison environment.
- Availability to undertake an on‑site internship based in Meyrin for the period required by the academic programme.
