Role & Responsibilities
- Audit and map production networks by analysing operating systems, versions, network usage across the machinery park and compile precise OT equipment inventories in ServiceNow
- Administer Cisco CyberVision to ensure continuous monitoring of production VLANs and create detailed equipment topology maps
- Conduct cyber risk assessments (Assessment Cyber) to diagnose vulnerabilities in OT technologies and applications
- Deploy micro-segmentation by analysing firewall rules, configuring new VLANs (Switching, Routing, TCP/IP) and pilot secure migration of OT equipment to new environments
- Document technical specifications and provide quality support to cross-functional teams while actively tracking project milestones
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in DUT, BTS, Bachelor or Master programme with specialization in Networks, Telecommunications or Cybersecurity
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of networks and security (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Switching/Routing, VLAN, TCP/IP protocols)
- Demonstrated analytical capacity with precision in technical documentation
- Strong collaborative mindset with ability to work both autonomously and as part of a technical team
Skills
Experience
Academic experience in networks, telecommunications, or cybersecurity through formal education; practical exposure to network infrastructure projects is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed DUT, BTS, Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in Networks, Telecommunications, or Cybersecurity.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Le Sentier, Vaud, Switzerland, with easy access to Geneva.
