Jaeger‑LeCoultre in Meyrin is seeking a CRM Activations Intern to support campaign execution, segmentation and reporting for the maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end execution of CRM activations across email, SMS and owned channels, ensuring timely deployment and brand consistency.
  • Assist in audience segmentation and campaign setup, applying segmentation logic and suppression rules to optimise deliverability and relevance.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, creative assets and distribution lists; coordinate approvals with marketing, legal and retail teams.
  • Monitor live campaigns, compile performance reports and present key insights and recommendations to the CRM manager.
  • Contribute to A/B tests and personalization initiatives, documenting learnings for iterative improvement of customer journeys.
  • Maintain and update CRM documentation, campaign calendars and process checklists to ensure operational rigor.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, data analytics or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury goods or watchmaking; prior internships or project experience in CRM, digital marketing or retail is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills; able to synthesise campaign metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Professional demeanour, collaborative mindset and ability to liaise across cross‑functional teams including retail, digital and creative.
