Jaeger‑LeCoultre seeks a Commercial Partnership Manager in Dubai to develop strategic brand and retail alliances across the GCC.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute a commercial partnerships strategy for Dubai and the GCC that enhances brand positioning, retail footprint and revenue generation.
- Identify, evaluate and secure strategic alliances with retailers, hospitality groups, cultural institutions, events and lifestyle platforms that align with the maison's brand values.
- Negotiate commercial terms, partnership contracts and commercial KPIs; ensure compliance with legal and brand governance requirements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activation with marketing, retail, PR, product and legal teams to deliver partner activations, joint campaigns and in‑store or event experiences.
- Manage partnership budgets, forecast ROI and report performance against agreed commercial and brand metrics.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with key local and regional stakeholders; represent the brand at partner meetings and public activations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or equivalent; advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Proven track record (typically 5+ years) in commercial or strategic partnerships, business development or alliance management within luxury goods, hospitality or premium retail.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and managing partner P&Ls or budgets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross‑functional internal teams and external agencies.
- Familiarity with the UAE/GCC luxury market and the regional retail and hospitality landscape.
