Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate a portfolio of VIP and high‑net‑worth clients for the Jaeger‑LeCoultre boutique at Lotte World Tower, delivering bespoke service and long‑term loyalty.
- Develop and execute personalised clienteling plans, including appointment scheduling, private viewings, and tailored product recommendations to drive conversion and AUR (average unit retail).
- Use the CRM to record client preferences, sales history and service interactions; generate actionable insights and follow‑up activities to maximise lifetime value.
- Coordinate cross‑functional follow‑up with boutique sales, after‑sales service, and regional teams to ensure flawless client experiences (repairs, warranties, bespoke requests).
- Plan and host intimate client events, launches and trunk shows in collaboration with marketing and the retail team to strengthen relationships and stimulate demand.
- Achieve and report against sales KPIs, pipeline targets and retention metrics; prepare regular client reports and forecasts for boutique leadership.
- Provide market and client intelligence from the Seoul luxury segment to inform assortment, merchandising and local marketing initiatives.
- Uphold Jaeger‑LeCoultre service standards and brand etiquette in every client interaction, ensuring a discreet and highly personalised approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of clienteling, relationship management or sales experience within luxury watches, jewelry or haute luxury retail.
- Proven track record managing VIP or HNWI client portfolios and consistently achieving sales or retention targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with polished presentation, discretion and a service‑oriented mindset suited to private client interactions.
- Strong organisational ability with experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and follow‑ups.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to support client events.
- Fluency in Korean is strongly preferred; proficiency in English is advantageous for liaison with regional teams.
