Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and entry clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling of Jaeger‑LeCoultre timepieces and accessories.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of movements, complications, materials and collections to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Manage the boutique experience: visual presentation, merchandising standards, stock handling and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Use CRM and POS systems to record client interactions, manage follow‑ups, coordinate appointments and track sales activity.
  • Support after‑sales processes and liaise with service/repairs to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in brand trainings, product launches and in‑store events to strengthen client engagement and sales pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably with high‑value watches or jewellery.
  • Demonstrable ability to cultivate and manage a clientele with discretion, tact and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with polished presentation.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
  • Legal right to work in Australia.
