Jaeger-LeCoultre, the renowned Manufacture and Watchmaker of Watchmakers established in 1833, seeks a six-month Business Development Intern to support its Geneva operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with market teams on commercial meetings coordination at Watches & Wonders, support the roll-out of strategic projects across the partners network, participate in product commercial launch processes, enhance performance reporting through data visualization and automation, and conduct ad-hoc analysis to optimize business performance across global markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate commercial meetings and logistics at Watches & Wonders in close collaboration with market teams
- Support the roll-out of strategic projects within the partners network and coordinate regular follow-up activities
- Participate in the product commercial launch process and contribute to assortment definition alongside Product Marketing and Supply Chain teams
- Enhance existing reporting infrastructure to improve performance metrics, data accuracy, automation capabilities, and data visualization
- Conduct ad-hoc business analysis and provide insights and recommendations to optimize organizational performance across markets
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master's degree (Business, Data Analytics, or related field)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Looker or similar business intelligence platforms (preferred)
- Prior experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Analysis through internship or apprenticeship

Previous experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Analysis, ideally through an internship or apprenticeship program in a commercial or analytical capacity.
Education
Currently in the final year of a Master's degree programme in Business, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
