The Boutique Operations Coordinator supports operational excellence at Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Mall of the Emirates boutique in Dubai, managing stock, compliance, administration, boutique standards, maintenance and daily operations while supporting client service and sales-floor needs. The role is full-time and requires UAE nationality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stock and stock movements, including receipts, shipping, inventories, orders and consignments, while maintaining quality control and preventing stock losses.
- Manage tools and point-of-sale display (PLV) supplies, including orders, inventories and optimal storage.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and Maison commercial rules.
- Ensure retail procedures are followed across sales, customer service, stock management and security.
- Keep the team informed about the latest procedures and tool capabilities.
- Support boutique audits and partner with management to implement and execute action plans.
- Monitor boutique sales administration and ensure daily transactions and accurate paperwork are submitted to the relevant corporate teams on time.
- Maintain the boutique environment to provide a welcoming, luxurious experience for clients.
- Assist with setting up and optimizing visual merchandising.
- Identify and coordinate boutique maintenance operations.
- Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with customer service responsibilities as needed, including client repair flow, report preparation and monthly inventory and reconciliation.
- Offer assistance on the sales floor as needed.
Qualifications
- UAE national.
- Fluency in English; another language is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
