Jaeger‑LeCoultre seeks a Boutique Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead boutique operations, sales growth and client development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to consistently deliver exemplary brand standards, visual merchandising and a refined client experience.
- Drive and exceed sales targets through proactive client development, clienteling strategies and targeted outreach to high-net-worth clientele.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; establish performance objectives, conduct regular appraisals and deliver tailored training.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy and stock transfers in accordance with corporate procedures, ensuring compliance with loss-prevention and reconciliation protocols.
- Own boutique financials including budget management, sales forecasting, expense control and reporting of KPIs to regional management.
- Coordinate after‑sales service and liaise with service centres to ensure timely resolution of client requests and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Plan and execute in‑store events and private client experiences to strengthen brand affinity and stimulate sales.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership in luxury retail, preferably within watchmaking or high-end jewellery brands.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and manage P&L responsibilities at store level.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in clienteling, CRM-driven sales and high-value transaction management.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with experience recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages advantageous (not specified in source).

Experience
Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or head-of-store role; prior exposure to watchmaking retail or premium jewellery environments is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or tertiary diploma in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be accepted.
