Jaeger-LeCoultre seeks a Boutique Manager in Bangkok to deliver commercial objectives, operational excellence, a high-performing team and lasting client relationships. The role includes boutique planning, KPI and inventory oversight, team coaching, CRM and clienteling, and omnichannel service coordination; it is full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve boutique objectives for turnover and client portfolio development.
  • Co-build the boutique vision and targeted budget with the Sales Manager; develop action plans to reach boutique targets and support implementation of the boutique business plan and action plans.
  • Monitor performance and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Jaeger-LeCoultre as a brand ambassador in the local community, building relationships and enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships and events.
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies and Maison commercial rules, and adherence to retail procedures for selling, customer service, stock management and security; ensure the team is aware of current procedures and tool capabilities.
  • Oversee the safety and security of the team, inventory and premises, implementing and maintaining robust security protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability while minimizing losses and discrepancies.
  • Provide management with a clear view of boutique performance and transparent feedback, building trust and a constructive partnership.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment that fosters team morale, passion and productivity.
  • Implement strategies to improve team engagement and motivation, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Set individual sales targets, monitor performance, conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback; coach each team member one-to-one to define and commit to individual action plans.
  • Organize team schedules to optimize staffing and ensure exceptional client service; communicate recruitment needs to local management and effectively integrate new team members.
  • Identify training needs and implement programmes to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills and Maison storytelling.
  • Prepare team briefings, share information and foster open communication and collaboration.
  • Take an active leadership role inside and outside the boutique by hosting clients and ensuring a highly personalized client experience.
  • Maintain the boutique environment to provide a welcoming, luxurious experience, and coordinate omnichannel activities for a seamless client journey.
  • Implement and manage CRM strategies to grow the boutique client database, drive repeat business and brand loyalty, and ensure the team executes the clienteling strategy.
  • Empower the team to deliver personalized, attentive service, anticipate client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, including prompt and effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns; support complex cases and manage escalations when needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewellery industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Thai and English.
