Jaeger-LeCoultre Miami seeks Assistant Boutique Manager to lead retail operations and drive sales for luxury timepieces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Boutique Manager in driving daily sales operations and motivating the team to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Lead by example on the retail floor, significantly contributing to sales performance and client engagement with Prospect, Repeat, and VIP clientele
- Support team management, including recruitment needs assessment, training on Maison heritage, brand policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Schedule team members to ensure adequate coverage aligned with business needs and oversee payroll and commission processing in compliance with company guidelines
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and developmental guidance to drive accountability and team growth
- Lead boutique operations and maintain business continuity during the Boutique Manager's absence
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and financial guidelines; supervise client and product wellbeing in accordance with company protocols
- Manage visual merchandising compliance and support boutique standards as directed by headquarters and the visual merchandising manager
- Drive continuous client acquisition and development; analyze individual and boutique performance to identify opportunities and support action plans
- Maintain relationships with VIP clients and work with corporate to cultivate and develop these strategic accounts
- Oversee CRM tool utilization across the team; coordinate client event attendance and manufacture visits as appropriate
- Develop community relationships and provide competitive feedback and traffic analysis to leadership
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Critical thinking and solution-oriented problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mentality with strong collaborative interpersonal skills
- Autonomous professional with excellent communication abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing business priorities and responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required; SAP experience preferred
- Availability to work varied schedules including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and store openings/closings
