IWC Schaffhausen seeks a Trade Marketing Assets Intern (6 months, January 2027) to support brand experience and trade marketing operations in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project management, development, implementation and monitoring of printed materials (catalogues, CRM cards, stationery), visual watch assets, gifts and special packaging
- Manage supplier communication including briefing, coordinating and launching production runs
- Coordinate order management in collaboration with markets worldwide
- Manage logistics in coordination with the internal logistics department
- Perform 360° SAP handling of trade marketing articles, including article creation and maintenance, fact sheets and SharePoint administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Pronounced project management skills and proficiency
- Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality
- Exacting attention to detail under pressure

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, project management, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in managing trade marketing initiatives and supplier relationships.
