IWC seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate for a part-time role in Melbourne, supporting boutique operations, stock handling, visual standards, and client service during peak periods, appointments, and events. The role requires flexibility for casual shifts, including weekends and peak holiday periods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational, administrative, and logistical support to the boutique team, maintaining smooth daily workflows and IWC visual merchandising standards.
- Support Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates during peak trading periods, client appointments, and events to help deliver a seamless client experience.
- Handle stock receipts and transfers, conduct cycle counts, organize the stockroom, and prepare and package products.
- Welcome clients, assist with initial greetings and beverage service, and keep the boutique pristine and welcoming.
- Provide courteous service for basic transactions and client inquiries, and assist with after-sales intake when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments; luxury retail or fine service experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to back-of-house and front-of-house support tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, helpful attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and support colleagues toward shared goals.
- Availability and flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends, peak holiday periods, and boutique events.
