IWC Schaffhausen seeks an HR Controller (60–80%) in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Part-time role focused on HR financial controlling and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead HR financial controlling: produce monthly and quarterly reports on personnel costs, benefits and headcount variance.
- Develop and maintain HR budgeting and forecasting models; partner with Finance to integrate HR assumptions into group reporting.
- Prepare and present HR KPIs and management dashboards to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Deliver workforce planning analyses, headcount reconciliations and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy of HR cost allocations and support payroll reconciliations and month-end close activities.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to support compensation planning, hiring forecasts and cost-control initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR reporting processes and data quality, including consolidation of HR data from multiple sources.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analyses for HR projects and support compliance with local labour cost regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Human Resources (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in HR controlling, HR analytics, finance controlling or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting and controlling principles as they apply to personnel costs and benefits.
- Proven ability to translate HR and payroll data into clear management information for business partners.
- Excellent analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of progressive experience in HR controlling, HR analytics or financial controlling within an international or manufacturing environment; experience in luxury goods or retail is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or comparable qualification.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Schaffhausen, Schaffhausen, Switzerland, with easy access to Zurich.
