IWC in Schaffhausen seeks a Global Customer Experience Intern (100%) to support CX operations, reporting and cross‑functional projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Customer Experience team in day‑to‑day case management and client correspondence across channels.
- Assist with preparation and analysis of CX metrics, dashboards and regular performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects that improve after‑sales service, warranty workflows and boutique/partner processes.
- Maintain and update knowledge base content, service procedures and client documentation to ensure consistency across markets.
- Coordinate with regional boutiques, service centres and external partners to ensure timely resolution of client issues and to collect qualitative feedback.
- Support training initiatives and operational rollouts by preparing materials, tracking progress and collecting stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in business, marketing, communications, hospitality management or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to synthesise quantitative and qualitative data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional client‑centric attitude.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- High level of discretion handling confidential client information.

Experience
Previous internship or part‑time experience in customer service, retail operations, hospitality or a corporate support function is advantageous but not required; the role is designed for current students seeking practical exposure to global CX operations within luxury goods.
Education
Enrolment in an undergraduate or graduate programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in business, marketing, communications, hospitality, or equivalent field.
