IWC Schaffhausen Events Intern (100%) in Switzerland – 6-month internship supporting global event management and brand activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support creation and implementation of sustainable, digital, and physical event concepts and brand experiences
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate 360° activations
- Provide administrative support to the events team, including SAP processes, vendor management, reporting, and logistics coordination
- Coordinate and organize event projects, managing venue selection, catering, graphics, guest management, and associated logistics
- Participate actively in global events and sponsorship activations throughout the complete event cycle, including on-site support and execution
- Support coordination and tracking of activations across international markets
Qualifications
- Education in marketing or communication with ideally some professional experience in an event environment
- Demonstrated ability as a reliable and competent team player
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with excellent written and spoken communication abilities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Very good written and spoken English; German and additional languages are advantageous
- Valid driving license

Experience
First professional experience in an event environment, such as with an internationally operating agency or large service company, is ideally preferred.
Education
Education in marketing or communication.
