IWC Schaffhausen seeks a Customer Service & Project Management Intern in Schaffhausen, Switzerland — full‑time internship supporting client care and operational projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the customer service team in daily client inquiries, case management and after‑sales workflows.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to progress service and warranty cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in small project workstreams — planning, task tracking, status reporting and liaison with cross‑functional teams.
- Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards and presentation materials to inform continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to documentation updates, process mapping and quality control of client communications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in business, communications, supply chain, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanour for client‑facing interactions.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Skills
Experience
Internship or up to one year of practical experience in customer service, retail operations or project support is preferred; prior exposure to luxury retail or after‑sales environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a recognised university or higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in business, communications, logistics, hospitality or a related field.
