HUGO BOSS offers a two-year Warehouse Operative vocational training programme starting 1 September 2027, rotating across four distribution centres and including school classes one to two days per week. Trainees learn system-controlled warehousing, order picking, packing, dispatch and intralogistics; with very good academic and workplace performance, they may add a third year to qualify as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn professional storage and handling practices for all product categories, including picking and packing goods for worldwide dispatch.
- Work across the Metzingen, Filderstadt, Wendlingen and Bad Urach sites, on early shifts from 06:00 to 14:30.
- Receive, unpack, sort, put away and retrieve goods, then repack and prepare them for dispatch using computer-based warehouse management systems.
- Learn the full process of system-controlled warehousing and gain insight into operational warehouse activities.
- Learn to operate modern, complex conveyor systems and intralogistics equipment.
- Work on real transport orders from the first day, starting at 06:00.
- With very good academic and workplace performance, undertake an optional third year to qualify as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist under the 2+1 model.
- Complete school-based training in cooperation with Theodor-Heuss-Schule in Reutlingen, attending classes one to two days per week.
Qualifications
- A good lower secondary school-leaving certificate or intermediate secondary school-leaving certificate, with good grades.
- Able to travel to the respective work sites and arrive punctually for the scheduled working hours.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Goal-oriented and structured, able to manage vocational training alongside practical work and school-based theory days.
- Include the latest school report and highest-level qualification certificate with the application.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,180 per month.
