The Store Manager at HUGO BOSS in Orlando leads store operations, sales, customer experience, inventory, and team development, while ensuring health and safety standards. The role is full-time and includes responsibility for personnel management, recruitment, community engagement, and operating performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS.
- Showcase the brand through merchandise presentations and execute operational strategies to support positive operating profits.
- Train and develop staff, deliver exceptional customer service, drive business with the merchant group, and resolve problems through effective communication.
- Achieve positive results in sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
- Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, building a client base, and exceptional service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Manage personnel activities, including hiring, training, appraising, rewarding, motivating, and disciplining staff.
- Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
- Evaluate and respond to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Lead, motivate, develop, and inspire the team while fostering an empowered organization.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are met, support store management in maintaining high standards, and empower store staff in this area.
- Maintain knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure health and safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Five years of specialty retail management experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer and POS register systems.
- Ability to communicate with associates, guests, and management.
- Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Experience
