HUGO BOSS is seeking a full-time Store Manager for its BOSS outlet in Gdańsk on an unlimited contract. The role leads the store team and daily operations, drives sales and customer service standards, manages deliveries and training, and works with the Area Manager on operational standards and costs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the BOSS store team and daily operations by developing and motivating employees and delegating tasks.
- Monitor sales targets and drive the team toward achieving strong results.
- Ensure excellent customer service by supporting and monitoring team members’ client interactions.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to support operational standards and control costs.
- Organize and oversee deliveries and prepare merchandise for sale.
- Conduct and coordinate employee training to develop competencies and optimize sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail management position and an interest in fashion.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to use business systems and the latest technologies effectively.
- Ability to adapt flexibly to the company’s needs.
- English proficiency sufficient for fluent communication.
- Passion for and knowledge of the HUGO BOSS brand.
