The Stockroom Runner at HUGO BOSS’s BOSS Store Serrano in Madrid manages stockroom operations and product flow to support retail efficiency and customer experience. The role is 20 hours per week on a temporary contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage physical stock and stock movements, maintaining effective stock flow and storage to improve and accelerate the customer experience.
- Manage product flow between the stockroom and sales floor.
- Support loss-prevention operations.
- Use business systems and the latest technology proficiently.
- Promote the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role in a retail and/or warehousing environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Proficient use of business systems and the latest technology.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
- Passion for and knowledge of the brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
