The Stock Associate supports stock and sales-floor operations at the BOSS Outlet in Mirabel, handling merchandise receipt, inventory, replenishment, presentation, and customer enquiries while supporting store management on health and safety. The full-time role offers flexible scheduling, career progression opportunities, and a dynamic international working environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Compare merchandise invoices with items received to verify shipment accuracy.
- Display merchandise on shelves, counters, and tables to attract customers and promote sales.
- Receive, open, unpack, and issue merchandise for the sales floor.
- Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
- Take inventory and examine merchandise to identify items requiring replenishment.
- Answer customer questions about merchandise and advise on product selection.
- Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
- Support store management in implementing health and safety policies and operating procedures, using the training and guidance provided.
- Comply with occupational health and safety requirements at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Effective time-management skills and a demonstrated ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle and place merchandise, and ship and receive products.
- Ability to use retail operating systems, a PC, and scanning equipment.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor and in stockrooms for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to contribute to an effective and productive team and work environment.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of stock experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
