Role & Responsibilities

• Unload and verify incoming merchandise.
• Check received products against purchase orders.
• Sort and organize products on appropriate shelves.
• Store products safely and keep them easily accessible.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.
• Update inventory records in the management system.
• Pick and pack products for customer orders.
• Label and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics and other departments.
• Help resolve inventory and shipment issues.
• Support retail logistics and storage operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail when handling merchandise and maintaining accurate records.
• Resilience and physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to move and lift medium to heavy objects.
• Familiarity with warehouse management and inventory systems, as well as technological tools.
• Strong team-player skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Skills

Experience

1–3 years in a similar Warehouse Assistant role within a retail environment.
