The Stock Associate supports merchandise processing, replenishment, presentation and customer assistance at the HUGO BOSS BOSS Outlet at CrossIron Mills. This is a temporary, part-time position in Rocky View, Alberta.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and helping present merchandise in a way that supports sales and operating profits.
- Compare merchandise invoices with received items to verify shipment accuracy.
- Display merchandise on shelves, counters and tables to attract customers and promote sales.
- Receive, open, unpack and issue merchandise for the sales floor.
- Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
- Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify replenishment needs.
- Answer customers’ questions about merchandise and advise them on selection.
- Clean display cases, shelves and aisles.
- Support store management in implementing Health & Safety policies and operating procedures, using the training and guidance provided; comply with Occupational Health & Safety requirements at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle and place merchandise, and ship and receive product.
- Ability to work with retail operating systems and use a PC and scanning equipment.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor and in stockrooms for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to contribute to an effective and productive team and work environment.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of stock experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
