HUGO BOSS is hiring a full-time Software Engineering Team Leader in İzmir to build and lead a high-performing, AI-native engineering team within its organization across İzmir and Metzingen. The role focuses on reliable delivery, end-to-end ownership, team development and execution, under an unlimited-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing software engineering team.
- Drive reliable delivery and rigorous execution.
- Establish end-to-end ownership from development through production.
- Empower engineers to make decisions and remove blockers.
- Develop team members and contribute to shared Chapters across teams and locations.
- Make AI-native engineering the default way of working.
