Role & Responsibilities

• Drive HUGO BOSS’s strategic direction and further strategic development as part of the Group Strategy Team.
• Partner with senior management and prepare high-profile presentations for the Supervisory Board, investors and other key stakeholders, coordinating across Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Group Controlling.
• Shape and evolve Group Strategy by monitoring market and industry trends and translating insights into actionable measures.
• Provide fact-based decision support through rigorous analysis of strategic topics, delivering clear recommendations and options for senior management.
• Lead strategic initiatives from ideation and business case development through execution, ensuring alignment with Group priorities.
• Contribute to the team’s development as a sparring partner, fostering collaboration and sharing expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate strategy or strategy consultancy.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation and assertiveness.
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic and solution-driven, with a proactive mindset.
• High standards for quality and precision in deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate strategy or strategy consultancy.

Education

Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent.
