Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and strategically shape projects connecting external warehouse service providers (third-party logistics providers) and improving the HUGO BOSS 3PL template.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve logistics-process efficiency, focusing on interface technology and implementation.
• Coordinate the introduction or adjustment of the 3PL template across different regions, sometimes on-site, in collaboration with international colleagues and partners.
• Take responsibility for substantial project and solution areas, with a focus on strategic development.
• Develop and implement warehouse integration solutions that account for individual and location-specific requirements.
• Train and support end users in IT systems, ensure the smooth operation of global processes, and provide support in daily work.
• Define, develop, monitor and analyze interfaces to ensure the smooth operation of HUGO BOSS logistics.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable education.
• At least several years of professional experience in IT logistics and understanding of logistics and warehouse management processes; experience managing 3PLs through interface connections is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of SAP Customizing (MM/LE/SD), APIs with JSON and iDocs, and initial experience in the SAP PI/CPI environment.
• Enthusiasm, strong performance orientation and initiative in project work, and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Analytical, structured, communicative and goal-oriented working style.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to HUGO BOSS headquarters in Germany.

Skills

Experience

At least several years in IT logistics and logistics and warehouse management processes; experience managing 3PLs via interface connection is preferred.

Education

Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or comparable education.
