HUGO BOSS seeks seasonal sales support for the Christmas period at the BOSS Store on Neuer Wall in Hamburg, either as an assistant working approximately 7.5 hours per week or as a working student working up to 18.5 hours per week. The temporary position is fixed-term through December 31, 2026, with flexible scheduling where possible.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and serve customers, support daily store operations, and handle tasks such as checkout, stocking and labeling merchandise.
- Provide professional hospitality service during the Christmas season, including serving champagne, water and coffee.
- Deliver open, personalized advice that builds customers’ enthusiasm for BOSS.
- Contribute to a distinctive shopping experience and the store’s success as part of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Natural talent for excellent service, with good communication and organizational skills, particularly during the busy Christmas season.
- High flexibility and reliability in supporting the team during a busy period.
- Fluent German; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- A confident, positive manner that helps customers feel well cared for amid the pre-Christmas rush.
- Enrollment at a college or university is required for the working-student arrangement.
