HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Support Associate focused on stockroom support for its outlet in Metzingen, starting 1 November 2026. The role is offered on a one-year contract, with the prospect of extension following successful collaboration, and is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supports the retail team with merchandise management to help ensure smooth sales processes.
- Supports logistics and stockroom operations.
- Keeps the assigned area fully stocked and replenished across visual merchandising, the stockroom, sales floor and logistics.
- Maintains detailed knowledge of products and assortments, keeping it current through resources such as Collection Training Guides.
Qualifications
- Fluent German; additional foreign-language skills such as English are preferred.
- Natural aptitude for excellent service, with good communication and organisational skills in sales.
- Availability for weekend work, especially Saturdays.

Education
Retail training is welcome, but applicants from other backgrounds are also welcome.
