HUGO BOSS seeks a part-time Sales Associate working 24 hours in Southampton to deliver excellent customer service, build customer loyalty and support store performance, CRM, transactions, stock and loss prevention. The role is offered on an unlimited contract and includes commission, attractive benefits, tailored training and development opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and build a loyal base of repeat customers.
- Gather and maintain high-quality CRM data.
- Contribute to the location’s performance targets and individual KPIs.
- Support transaction processing, complaint handling and returns.
- Participate in regular training to support ongoing development.
- Support loss-prevention and stock-management operations.
- Use business systems and the latest technology proficiently.
- Promote the use of available tools and ensure procedures are followed and policies implemented.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service, with an excellent understanding of the premium fashion industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
