HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its HUGO Outlet team in Salzburg, working 16 hours per week. The role focuses on customer service, product advice and sales, and product presentation; compensation includes a gross collective-agreement minimum of €2,251 per month based on 38.5 hours per week, with actual pay above the collective agreement and aligned with the market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming customer experience through proactive and enthusiastic service.
- Advise customers on HUGO BOSS products and drive sales with passion for the brand.
- Present products to deliver a first-class, memorable shopping experience.
- Work autonomously within the retail team, take responsibility for assigned tasks, and contribute through a reliable and committed approach.
Qualifications
- Fluent German; English or French and other foreign languages are advantageous.
- Natural talent for excellent customer service, with good communication and organizational skills in sales.
- Availability for weekend work, particularly Saturdays.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 2,251 per month.
