HUGO BOSS seeks a Sales Associate for its BOSS Store in Lausanne, Switzerland, working 60% on an unlimited contract. The role focuses on customer service, product advice and sales, product presentation, and dependable teamwork; competitive salary, individual commissions and other benefits are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help customers feel welcome through committed and enthusiastic service.
- Advise customers and drive sales with a strong knowledge of and passion for HUGO BOSS products.
- Present products to create a first-class, memorable shopping experience.
- Work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks while demonstrating reliability and commitment to the retail team.
Qualifications
- Candidates from all backgrounds are welcome, whether changing careers or trained in retail.
- Fluent French; additional foreign languages such as English are an advantage.
- Natural aptitude for excellent customer service, with good communication and organizational skills in sales.
- Available to work weekends, particularly Saturdays.
