Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS positively in the marketplace.
• Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base and providing exemplary customer service.
• Use effective communication to serve customers, support the merchant group in driving business and solve problems.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, product lines, merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events and advertising opportunities.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining cash and media accountability at POS registers.
• Assist with merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Follow and execute company policies, procedures and practices, including signage, pricing and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Strong customer service and selling experience.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
