HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in Ingolstadt, working part-time for 30 hours per week on an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension following successful collaboration. The role focuses on customer service, product advice and sales, and presenting collections to create memorable shopping experiences; the position includes individual commissions and compensation above customary industry rates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers through committed, enthusiastic service.
- Advise customers and sell HUGO BOSS products, sharing a passion for the brand.
- Present products to create a first-class, memorable shopping experience.
- Work independently within the retail team, take responsibility for assigned tasks, and contribute through reliable, committed work.
Qualifications
- Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome, including career changers and candidates with retail training.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
- A natural aptitude for excellent service, with good communication and organizational skills in sales.
- Availability for weekend work, particularly Saturdays.
- A strong commitment to high standards in sales, quality and fit, innovation, and sustainability.
